By accessing or using AutoZoom ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Software.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AutoZoom ("we," "our," or "us"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any changes.

AutoZoom is a desktop screen recording application available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. The Software provides professional screen recording capabilities with features including auto-zoom, motion blur, and 4K export.

The Software is provided through our website at autozoom.app and as a downloadable desktop application.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software. This is a one-time purchase that includes lifetime access to the Software and all future updates.

Each license key allows activation on up to 3 devices simultaneously. You may deactivate a device at any time to free up an activation slot.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or distribute the Software or your license key to any third party.

To use certain features of the Software, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Software to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Distribute, share, or resell your license key
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any license restrictions
• Use the Software to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Software or its servers
• Record or distribute content without the consent of all parties involved where required by law

The Software, including all code, design, graphics, logos, and content, is the exclusive property of AutoZoom and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the Software but does not transfer any ownership rights. You retain full ownership of any content you create using the Software.

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or security improvements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Software at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Software is at your sole risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOZOOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law or our Refund Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Software shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless otherwise required by law.
