14-Day Consumer Right to Cancel

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

AutoZoom uses DodoPayments as our Merchant of Record. All purchases, refunds, and billing inquiries are processed through DodoPayments. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Consumer Right to Cancel

Under applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. Please note: Lifetime plan purchases and subscription renewals are non-refundable. The 14-day refund policy applies only to the initial purchase of subscription-based plans. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • You must provide your order number or the email address used for the purchase
  • Your license key will be deactivated upon processing of the refund

Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day period:

  • We will reimburse you the full purchase amount
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
  • Your license key will be deactivated and access to the Software will be revoked
  • You must uninstall the Software from all devices

Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The purchase is a Lifetime plan — all Lifetime plan purchases are final and non-refundable
  • The charge is a subscription renewal — all renewal payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals
  • The refund request is made after the 14-day cancellation period
  • The purchase was made in violation of these terms or our Terms of Service
  • There is evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy
  • The customer has previously received a refund for the same product
  • The purchase was made using a stolen payment method

Discretionary Refunds

In cases outside the 14-day cancellation window, we may still grant refunds at our discretion. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be considered for situations such as significant technical issues that prevent the Software from functioning as described.

To request a discretionary refund, please contact us with a detailed explanation of your circumstances.

Wire Transfer Payments

If your purchase was made via wire transfer, please note that refunds for wire transfer payments may take longer to process due to the nature of bank transfers. Additional bank fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax Refund

When a refund is processed:

  • Any sales tax or VAT charged on the original purchase will also be refunded
  • Tax refunds are handled automatically by DodoPayments as the Merchant of Record
  • A credit note will be issued for your records

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and the reason for your refund request.

Await Confirmation

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with a confirmation or follow-up questions.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical issues with the Software, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] before requesting a refund. In many cases, we can resolve technical problems quickly.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 14-day cancellation period, at our discretion.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes will not apply retroactively to purchases made before the update.
